New Project: The Next Chapter in Reconciliation – Turning the Page for Indigenous Women in Canada

SEPTEMBER 2, 2022 – We are partnering with The Canadian Library to recognize and honour the thousands of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Children in Canada.

Hundreds of hardcover books have been lovingly wrapped with Indigenous fabric from the Hiawatha First Nation. On the spine of each book is printed the name of one of the Missing or Murdered. Now these books are being displayed in bookcases across the country to bring awareness to this terrible tragedy. 

It is our hope that these art installations foster discussion, promote public education and ultimately spark a positive national change.
