Gravel Pit Threatens Belfountain

Defending an ecologically rich community

We raised more than $4,500 in 2021 to secure expert assistance to investigate the environmental risks of a new gravel pit in the community of Belfountain. This community is rich in ecological importance and situated in the Greenbelt and the Niagara Escarpment. It is also a UNESCO Biosphere.
