Action against counter-productive EV Tax

In October 2021, Saskatchewan introduced Canada’s first electric vehicle (EV) tax. During a critical time in Canada’s transition to a low-carbon economy, the EV Tax in Saskatchewan was counter-productive. We ran a communications campaign to challenge the thinking behind the tax, including engaging Earnscliff Strategies in an effort to gain political support to delay the EV Tax until EVs gained a foothold in the province.
