Sticking up for Mother Nature

In a time of climate crisis, we opposed Ontario’s plans to build two new highways north of Toronto, paving over thousands of acres of Greenbelt land and destroying priceless nature and farmland. 

When the Ontario government announced their intention to refund licence plate sticker fees, we took the opportunity to encourage vehicle owners to donate their refund towards fighting the highways. The perfect Earth Day and Mother’s Day gift to Mother Nature!
