Introducing the Green Future Fund

APRIL 15, 2020 – As Covid-19 continues to challenge our communities, our country, and our world we know that our heroes on the environmental front are struggling against unprecedented challenges. These heroes are Canada’s small, local non-governmental organizations (ENGOs) who fight with unlimited passion but often very limited resources.

The Green Future Fund is the environmental community’s response to this challenge, and provides donations, information and strategies to help our ENGOs keep going. The fund was formed by leaders of small to medium-sized environmental groups from across Canada to help our organizations navigate the pandemic together. The idea is to share knowledge and create the tools we need to continue rebuilding and renewing safe, secure and healthy communities.
