At Small Change Fund, we know that strong partnerships are at the heart of creating lasting impact. Earlier this year, we invited our partners to share their experiences working with us through our Annual Partner Feedback Survey. We are grateful to the partners who took the time to provide thoughtful feedback.

The results were overwhelmingly positive. Partners reported high overall satisfaction with our partnership, with an average rating of 4.39 out of 5, and a strong likelihood of recommending us to others, averaging 4.55 out of 5. Respondents highlighted our professionalism, responsiveness and the expertise of our team as key strengths. They also valued our human-centered support model.

Partners shared positive feedback on many of our core services, including crowdfunding support, foundation fundraising and campaign strategy and support. In addition, 74% of respondents indicated that our recent digital transformation has had a positive impact on their experience.

Respondents also identified areas where we can continue to improve, including: enhanced training opportunities, expanded networking and peer-learning experiences, ongoing improvements to our website and platform, and opportunities to streamline administrative processes and offer more tailored support.

This feedback is incredibly valuable as we continue to grow our work and partnerships. With more than 100 active projects and a continually increasing interest in our services, these insights will help guide our efforts to better support the folks and communities we serve.
