We are pleased to welcome Nikki Nguyen to the Small Change Fund team as Director of Finance and Operations! 

With more than 10 years of experience in the non-profit sector, Nikki has worked across bioscience, Indigenous charities and organizations supporting people with disabilities, bringing a thoughtful and practical approach to finance and operations.

She is passionate about building strong systems that help organizations work more effectively and sustainably. Nikki is particularly interested in using technology to streamline processes, reduce administrative burden and create more space for mission-driven work. She brings expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, cash flow management, compliance, internal controls and risk management, and enjoys translating complex information into practical decisions that support leadership, project partners and communities.

Born in Vietnam and now based in Ottawa, Nikki enjoys travelling and spending time outdoors with her family.
