The Climate Career Portal is a virtual one-stop shop of resources and tools for people looking for work in the green economy. This program reduces career transition barriers for job seekers and supports a more sustainable and equitable future.

The Climate Career Portal (CCP) is an online platform with numerous tools and programs to support  career transitions for those seeking a future in the green economy. Our resources include a green jobs board, a free mentorship program where job seekers can meet one-on-one with renewable energy professionals, a grants and funding page, a green training program board, career planning tools, networking events, and many other educational resources. Our tools are designed for every stage of a career journey, from early-career entry into the job market to mid- or late-career transition from other industries. We believe that by providing accessible tools, education, and support for career transition, we can create a future with broad participation in the green economy and a skilled workforce for the energy transition. All of our resources are free of charge, and we work both with individual job seekers as well as partner organizations such as colleges, universities, employment centres, and other organizations with similar values to help people navigate the green job market.

The Climate Career Portal is hosted in partnership with Iron & Earth –  a Canadian non-profit that enables sustainable, community-driven climate solutions and reduces barriers for those seeking a future in the green economy.
