FEBRUARY 1, 2022 – We have partnered with the Reform Gravel Mining Coalition to Demand A Moratorium Now!

We are supporting this vital initiative to impose a moratorium on the gravel mining industry in Ontario. It is clear that the current, unchecked approach of the industry is unsustainable. A moratorium would allow for consultation with Indigenous Nations, affected communities, independent experts and scientists. With this approach, we can develop a greener, more just path forward for the gravel industry.
